We aim to assist participants in forming and maintaining natural support networks, ensuring their right to choice, inclusion, employment, growth, and privacy through collaborative team meetings. Our focus is on promoting a restraint-free environment, where physical restraints, seclusion, chemical restraints, or aversive techniques are strictly prohibited.
Aligned with the SCL program goals, we strive for all participants to:

- Be safe, healthy, and respected within their communities;
- Live with effective, individualized assistance; and
- Enjoy meaningful experiences in both living and working within their communities.

Who We Are
