Mental Health Services
Mental health services can target various conditions. Our Outpatient programs include psychotherapy — commonly referred to as talk therapy — psychotherapy, and trauma-focused therapies.
We offer this service in an outpatient settings, individuals can connect with resources, providers, and groups that allow them to work on their goals and address their concerns for less severe symptoms and issues. We offer services for all age ranges, individuals, couples, and families.
Issues in School
We work with teenagers concerning issues in school who may be struggling with academic pressures: defined as “an experience in which a student is burdened by the demands of time and energy to achieve specific academic goals.
Depression/ Excessive Sadness
Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. Also called major depressive disorder or clinical depression, it affects how you feel, think and behave and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems.
Blended Family Therapy
Parents of blended families must sort out their new roles. They must set boundaries around parenting, discipline, and finances. Family therapy or counseling can help address these issues. Therapy can provide a platform for family members to voice their feelings.
